On Saturday, May 22, 2021, at approximately 7:30 p.m. Michael allegedly entered the shop at 128 N. Hanover St. in Pennsylvania. He allegedly shot Kendell Jerome Cook and then opened fire on Anthony White, who formerly worked at the shop. Cook died at the location while White survived his damages, according to a press release from the Carlisle Police Department at the time. 

Baltimore is now facing charges of criminal homicide, aggravated attack, illegal possession of a firearm as well as recklessly threatening another person. Michael is being held in Broward County Jail according to his arrest record.

According to numerous media reports, on Jan 13, 2023, Michael was arrested at around 2:40 a.m. in Davie, Florida following a traffic stop. Officers allege the offender escaped the scene of a bar fight that involved a knife and threats of a shooting. 

After Baltimore was pulled over, authorities alleged he had several drugs, some pills, fraudulent identification, and a loaded gun. In addition, Cops also said that he gave them a false identity, but later a fingerprint scan proved his true identity.
